Festival Fashion Tip: Inexpensive Flower Crowns ❤

Heey lovies! I went on a little catching-up date with two friends and we ended up walking in the city center of the Hague. After walking in and out of a few stores, we decided to stop by the very inexpensive pop-up shop 'Executie Verkoop So Low'. We were actually on the hunt for some thigh- and knee high socks, but I found these super cute flower crowns instead. I know Festival season is (almost) here, so I thought I'd share this cute hair accessories tip with you! :D

Flower crowns have been such a big trend for a while. Especially during Coachella, you could have spotted these in all sorts of styles and colors. That's why I thought these are perfect for all the festivals the Netherlands is about to experience. Both of my new crowns were just €1,95 and the store had many others to choose from. So if you're looking for some fun hair accessories for the summer, I suggest you to stop by. It's located in the old Bershka building in the Hague.

New In: My First Forever21xAMSTERDAM Haul ❤

Hello lovies! I added 'first' to the title, because obvi this won't be my last time shopping at Forever21 now that we have one in Amsterdam! Click to see my blog post about the big opening. Now I know I said I was going to attempt filming my haul... but I totally chickened out haha. I am just not comfortable yet being in front of a rolling camera. But nevertheless, I knew some of you were still curious about my purchases. So here they are...

Wish I could have taken home all of these clothes..

If you follow me on instagram, you might have seen me wearing this dress already while I was in the fitting room. It was basically love at first sight. But when I saw that the price was less than €20, I knew we belonged together.

Seeing as I am so into the tropical print lately, I didn't even think twice about getting this beautiful midi skirt for less than €13.
This is the perfect little bra top for all my summer cut-out tops/muscle tees. Love the cute daisies on it as well.

The accessories department was p-a-c-k-e-d, but I still managed to grab literally the last of these suuuuper adorable sunflower hairbun ties. Yaay for me!

So that is all that I got this time. As I mentioned already, it wasn't a huge haul. But I am super happy with everything and I can't wait to go back and splurge a little more next time.

Outfit: First KingsNight at Club Vie ❤

Heey lovies! Can't believe my last blog post was over a week ago. School has been drowning my social and bloggerslife lately. But I did get to party last Friday night for the very first Dutch Kingsnight. I think it might take me a few more years to get used to saying King instead of Queen haha. Me and a couple of friends from school went to Club Vie, mainly because August Alsina was making an appearance! ❤___❤ The club was PACKED, you literally could not stand in one spot without getting pushed to the side. But the music was so good, so by the end of the night I literally had to declare my feet as being dead...

Whenever I go out, it's always such a hassle for me to decide what to wear. I didn't want to look all patriotic and wear the flag colors or orange. So in the end, I decided to pair my new black bralet top from H&M with a neon pink peplum skirt from Bershka. Had this skirt for precisely one year and this was the first time wearing it. For the shoes, I went with the simplest pair of black H&M wedges. I wanted to look cute, but I also wanted to be able to dance comfortably for at least 3 hours ya feel me?
Watch August smile at and "sing" to me :$ haha

How did you celebrate Kingsnight/Kingsday?

Grand Opening: Forever21 x Amsterdam ❤

Heey lovies, happy Saturday! I got home from Amsterdam a while ago but I am still very ex-haus-ted! I was going to leave this post for tomorrow morning, but I thought what the heck.. lemme just do it now. So if you want to know all about my personal experience at the GRAND OPENING of FOREVER21 in Amsterdam, you better prepare yourself.. cause it's going to be a picture overload!

I arrived at Rokin somewhat before 9AM, which is a lot later than I had originally planned. Had to wait in line for about an hour while freezing to death. But it was so worth it, because I was one of the first 500 people in line which resulted in me getting a €21 gift card. I'm getting my student loan till the 24th, so I was definitely counting on this extra shopping money LOL. After so much anticipation, I was in awe the moment I stepped through the sliding doors. The store is HUMONGOUS. I knew about the many floors, but this was beyond my imagination! All floors were packed with excited females (because there was no men section), grabbing everything that caught their eye and dropping them in their basket. I tried to go through all the racks, but it was just not happening!

New In: YOUNG HUNGRY FREE Pink Floral Pants ❤

Heey lovies! Don't you just love when you've purchased something, totally forgot about it, only for it to appear in your mailbox weeks later? It's like being a kid on Christmas morning! Or just an indication that I might be shopping just a tad bit too much.. But either way, I received these beautiful floral pants today and I couldn't wait to try them on and give you guys a look. These beauties are from YOUNG HUNGRY FREE, a shop I discovered with the help of Jenn Im. They are a total hidden gem, if you ask me!

After ripping the package open and trying the pants on, I immediately had outfit visions. Does that ever happen to you? I am totally loving these pants with my new Nelly heels and maybe a white bralet on top. Or white sandals with a black moto jacket. Endless possibilities. And these beauties were less than €16 with additional €3(!!) intl shipping costs. Now on to the not so good part: the pants do not have the best quality, so I'll definitely be hand washing these. And because they are Asian sizes, you have to be really careful when converting them into your usual sizes. My thigh area feels a bit tight when sitting. But I don't know, maybe that's just because I've been squatting a lot lately HAHA.

All top photos failed unfortunately!

I'll take the good with the not so good qualities, because these are still very pretty and SS/14 appropriate. I can definitely see myself purchasing other items from YOUNG HUNGRY FREE soon. You should take a look as well! :-) But for now, how do you like my new floral pants?
