The first week of 2016 is officially behind us and I'm proud and impressed that the goals set for this year are still all I think about. If you've read my previous blog post, you know that maintaining a healthy lifestyle was on the list. And even though I have been more cautious of what I eat now and often choose home-cooking over take-out, I still haven't gotten my butt back into the gym just yet! And though it might sound a little superficial, I think buying cute gym clothes just might be the motivation that I need. So you know I had to find me some..

Trendy Interior Tip: Marquee Lights from HEMA.nl ❤

Lately most of my pins have been interior related. I just love learning about the new trends in home decor land and finding inspiration for my own (future) apartment. One trend that I've come across a lot lately are the letter lights, or as I've seen them being called: Marquee Lights. They're the perfect decor piece for in your office space or bedroom. According to Pinterest, marquee lights are a fitting DIY project. But in case you're not really the crafty type, you can probably also get them in stores near you.

You're especially in luck if you're a Dutchie, because I found these trendy lights on the website of HEMA yesterday. Maybe I'm super late and this is old news. But I just had to share it with all of you. I couldn't find majority of the letters in the alphabet, so I'm not sure if they sold out, or if HEMA never had them. Fall is just a week away, but I'm guessing the Dutch weather didn't really get that memo. Because it's been chilly, rainy and grey for a few days now. So no proper goodbye to the summer, I'm afraid. Heey lovies! This weekend will definitely not be a fun one, since I am spending most of it studying for the three exams I have next week. I also have two papers that I need to work on, so I'll be so busy! But luckily I have no school the week after that, so I can relax a bit before the last semester starts.
