The first week of 2016 is officially behind us and I'm proud and impressed that the goals set for this year are still all I think about. If you've read my previous blog post, you know that maintaining a healthy lifestyle was on the list. And even though I have been more cautious of what I eat now and often choose home-cooking over take-out, I still haven't gotten my butt back into the gym just yet! My 25th Birthday Celebration: Pink Limousine Ride ❤

As I am replying to all congratulating messages on Facebook, I can't help but reminisce about how much fun I had on my birthday yesterday. It was my 25th birthday, so I wanted to do something really special and memorable. And what better way than to enjoy a limo ride with your closest girlfriends? A bright pink limo at that! We really felt like VIP's as the fully uniformed chauffeur laid out a red carpet at the entrance, had a bottle of delicious champagne waiting for us inside, while we toured across the Hague city and beach area. But not before, we had an entire girls' photoshoot with our pink ride for the night! See some fun snaps below.

Looong time no see! Right now I'm back home in Curaçao for a couple of months to complete my internship before graduating. So right now I have a pretty busy life, being a full-time working lady and all. That's why I try to do as much fun stuff in the weekend as possible. Yesterday my friend and I went to see The Boy Next Door and it was sooo good! You guys definitely have to go see it! Here's what I decided to wear.

If you've seen yesterdays post about the Primark press opening in the Hague, you know I'm showing my newest items today. One of the perks of being invited to such an opening, is being gifted a generous amount of shopping money on a gift card. Who doesn't love that? I've been wanting some everyday boots ever since mine got worn out a while back, but never bought new ones cause I didn't want to spend too much money. So I nearly went loco when I spotted these two.

Event: Press Opening Primark Den Haag ❤

Hello lovelies!

I wanted to get this post up as soon as I got home from the Press Opening of the newest Primark addition in the Hague, so you are able to fit a little shopping trip into today's schedule. You're welcome. So I have been looking forward to this day for a little over a week now and can you believe I had the nerve to oversleep? Anyway. After a warm welcome, a catered breakfast, an official opening ceremony and a short tour, it was time to shooopppppp! I'd seen so many things I liked, so many things I wanted, it was just crazy. It was a bit of a race though, because I in no way wanted to still be browsing around when the humongous herd of people were let into the store. Luckily I was already in the checkout line when the doors officially opened!

New In: Primark Over the Knee / Thigh High Boots ❤

Heey lovelies,

Yes, another new-shoes-in post! :) After failing to find black over-the-knee boots of my size at the new Primark in Rotterdam Zuidplein last Thursday, I decided to try my luck at the one in Zoetermeer the next day. And there they were, these perfect size 3 black gems just hanging there waiting for me to grab them. At first I wasn't too sure if I should even get them, because I am very petite (read: 4'11") and I didn't want the boots to wear me instead of the other way around. But Dulce Candy does it, so I know I and you if you're petite, can do it too! ♡♡♡♡♡♡

From the quality of my iphone 4s you can tell that it doesn't do these boots justice, but they are pretty amazing. Especially with a price tag of just €24! I can't promise you that they are still available (in your size) at your nearest Primark, but it's definitely worth a visit.

New In: Impromptu PRIMARK Fashion Haul ❤

Hello lovelies! A quick haul for you today. Yesterday I spent the entire day with my uncle and cousins and we decided to make a little trip to PRIMARK in Zoetermeer. I wasn't planning on spending too much, because as I mentioned before I didn't want to spend a lot of money on just clothes this summer. But even on a budget I was able to grab some great finds. 

I think this crop top was my only purchase that wasn't on sale, but even so it only costed about €7. 

My favorite item is definitely this two-colored monochrome backpack with a zipper right in the middle. And it was also on sale for €5. I saw this bag right after checking out, so my uncle was nice enough to check this one out for me ^_^

New In: PRIMARK Haul ❤

Heey lovies! I almost neeeever wake up early by myself without an alarm! But when I woke up a little after 8 today, I decided to shower, get dressed and pay a visit to Primark in Zoetermeer. I haven't been there since last October. Surprisingly it wasn't crowded at all, I had no trouble walking around. Primark had so many cute items and I grabbed as much as I could carry back to the fitting rooms. And thank God I did, because almost everything was too big or just didn't fit me right. Such a money-saving bummer!!!! But I did end up with these items and some of them are a TOTAL score!

Like, how cute are these two clutches? So so so so in love with them. And they were just €5 each!

And yuppp, I still can't get enough of gladiator sandals! I thought these were €10, but at the check-out it scanned for just €5! WINNINGGGG.

This cute on-the-go pug thermo mug is perfect for my extreme clumsiness. 

PRIMARK SS14 Collection ❤

I'm sure you must have seen the PRIMARK SS14 Collection featured on a lot of fashion blogs already, but I for one just can not get over it! I loooove that this new collection consists of sweet bubblegum colors, tropical prints, white x white, monochrome trend and holographic items! The entire collection is separated into different themes, like: 'Bubblegum High', 'Polaroid Nostalgia', 'Sandstorm', 'Dream Punk', 'Hip Trip' and 'Modern Couture'. I can not wait for this collection to be available in stores here in the Netherlands. I LITERALLY CAN NOT WAIT!!!! 

Seeing all the pictures taken on the press day, makes me so jealous that I wasn't there. But seeing the clothes makes me oh so happy. And knowing that they will be available for purchase in just a couple of months, gives me butterflies lol.

(1) Seeing this white/pink matching separates for the very first time, I FREAKED OUT! I got so obsessed with it ever since! This outfit will hopefully be the very first thing I pick up. (2) I love the round retro-but-not-completely sunglasses. (3) For some reason I fell in love with this outfit and the fact that they are two completely different patterns but fit perrrrrfffff together! 

 I long for the summer, thus the days I get to wear this amazing collection! <3

New In: Primark Zoetermeer Haul ❤

I've been praying to the Shopping Gods for a Primark store to open closer to the Hague. I know there's one in Rotterdam Alexander, but it's a bit too far for my quick shopping trip moods. And since the one in the Hague will open until Fall 2014, I was sooo happy to hear there was one opening in Zoetermeer end of October. So ofcourse I wanted to attend to opening. Initially, I wanted to be there when the doors opened. But after seeing pictures of HOW crowded it actually was, I was glad I chose to stay in bed a little longer.

I arrived around 1 o'clock and there was a lot of security, iron fences and still a very long line outside. Inside it was even more crowded. I even heard some people got light-headed and fainted due to the amount of people. Normally I hate shopping in a crowded store, but there was no way I was leaving empty-handed!

I want that Bikini! ❤

Ever since I booked my plane ticket to go back home, I have been so excited about shopping for summer! Everyone is saying I got so pale. My dad even jokes that I look like the twilight cast. =____=. I'm going to try and soak up as much sun as needed, but I want to look super cute while doing so. I'm dying to find the perfect bikini! And these pictures make it a whole lot harder!!!

FANTASTIC NEWS for The Hague ❤

Just this morning I was complaining to myself that new stores never open in the Hague. I was referring to Monki, since they're opening a new venue in Utrecht soon. But I'm taking every angry thought back, because I just read the most AWESOMEST FANTASTIC GREAT news ever! 

For a long time now there has been speculations that stores like Forever 21, Primark were opening in the Hague. And FINALLY the rumors have been confirmed!!! It's seems that 5 new stores are going to get their own venue in the centrum of the Hague, Forever 21, Hollister, Marks & Spencer, Primark & Topshop. The stores will each get their own surface of at least 4000 square feet divided into multiple floors!!! 

Obviously it would take a lot of time to build these stores, so they are expected to be done in 2013 or at the latest 2014! Honestly I don't care that I have to wait this long, it has been confirmed and that is all that matters to me!!! 

I AM SOOOOO EXCITED, OH MY GOSH!!!

If I ever had thoughts about moving.....all have disappeared. My butt is staying RIGHT HERE.

Can you imagine actually shopping at Forever 21 soon? Not having to shop online or travel all the way to Antwerpen? Oh gosh :D:D
