Fall 2015 Fashion: Grey is the New Black ❤

Grey is such a versatile color when it comes to fashion. I was really into it this past summer, but I love it even more this time of year. It's simplistic, oozes sophistication and is basically the new black in my eyes. I've gathered a few grey items, that I would love to add to my fall wardrobe. I'm especially loving how there are tons of shades to choose from.

The first top items include some everyday platform boots, a cozy "Not your Bae" sweater, a very pretty metallic top and a grid check duster. This duster coat is perfect for days you feel like layering. The four bottom items are a nice bouclé oversized coat, a casual rib knit pencil skirt and a fancier metallic pencil skirt, as well as some really fashionable ankle pointed stiletto boot. 

I like the look of this bouclé cardigan and the knit roll neck crop jumper seems like it can keep you really warm, despite it being cropped. And nothing screams fall more than a wool hat, am I right? I also really like this faux fur satchel and plunge ruched knitted dress. As well as the light grey nail polish & dark grey nail polish from H&M.

My SS/15 Essentials ❤

Hello lovelies,

 It's been spring for a little while now and probably like every other blogger, I still feel like there a few fashion pieces missing from this season's wardrobe. So I thought it would be fun to make a list and show you all my (missing) essentials for this year's spring and summer. 

On top of my list is a pink Fujifilm Instax Mini 8 camera. These pretty polaroid cameras have become such a hype. And I finally think I'm ready to splurge my money on one as well.

I used to hate flatforms shoes with a passion, but somehow they made my list anyways. I think being petite, I now definitely see their practicality of being comfortable but still having a little bit of heel for everyday all-day wear.

Lately I have been leaning more towards backpacks instead of purses and crossbody's. They not only look very boho chic, put also carry a lot more.

On every online shop I've browsed on for the past couple of days, I've been checking out their floppy hat selection. They're perfect for those bad hair days, those "mannn the sun is shining hard" days, those "my outfit is kinda blah" days, don't you think?

Besides grey being my official spring color, I also can't get enough of striped clothing. I had on a striped asymmetrical dress on Easter last week and I got so many lovely compliments. 

Last on my list, but not least.. flash tattoos! I know they've been in since last summer but I'm still very much obsessed with them.

New In: Primark DH Fashion, Shoes & Outerwear ❤

If you've seen yesterdays post about the Primark press opening in the Hague, you know I'm showing my newest items today. One of the perks of being invited to such an opening, is being gifted a generous amount of shopping money on a gift card. Who doesn't love that? See what I picked up and get surprised at how little they cost!

I've been wanting some everyday boots ever since mine got worn out a while back, but never bought new ones cause I didn't want to spend too much money. So I nearly went loco when I spotted these two.

Event: Nelly Pop Up Club - Amsterdam, Rotterdam & The Hague ❤

Hello lovelies!

I have had such a busy weekend. But I can't in no way complain, because picking out free clothing and shoes was one of the main activities! If you've been following my blog for a while now, or you know me personally, you know I can't ever say no to free clothing! So when I heard that Nelly.com was having a Nelly Pop Up Club in Amsterdam, Rotterdam & the Hague, to give out "Black Tickets" for the first 100 in line, I rallied up my cousins and friends, friends of cousins, friends of friends to get ourselves some early Christmas presents.

I was a little surprised at the small selection we were able to choose from, but nonetheless the "walk-in closet" was filled with some pretty glamorous stuff. And whenever you mix tasty cocktails, heavenly popcorn, stunning clothes and a bunch of fashionable females, that always calls for a good time! Below you can see a little compilation of the event in the different cities.

New In: Primark Over the Knee / Thigh High Boots ❤

Heey lovelies,

Yes, another new-shoes-in post! :) After failing to find black over-the-knee boots of my size at the new Primark in Rotterdam Zuidplein last Thursday, I decided to try my luck at the one in Zoetermeer the next day. And there they were, these perfect size 3 black gems just hanging there waiting for me to grab them. At first I wasn't too sure if I should even get them, because I am very petite (read: 4'11") and I didn't want the boots to wear me instead of the other way around. But Dulce Candy does it, so I know I and you if you're petite, can do it too! ♡♡♡♡♡♡

From the quality of my iphone 4s you can tell that it doesn't do these boots justice, but they are pretty amazing. Especially with a price tag of just €24! I can't promise you that they are still available (in your size) at your nearest Primark, but it's definitely worth a visit.

New In: HiddenFashion.com Chunky Cleated Sole Heels ❤

Heey lovelies,

My love for cleated sole heels hasn't died down yet and these new white babies of mine are proof. I had my eyes on the River Island white platforms and Missguided black platforms for forever now, but they were always way too expensive for my taste. Let alone the JC Scully's! So you can imagine my excitement when I saw these white/black chunky heels for JUST 5 POUNDS on HiddenFashion.com. To be honest, I really had my doubts, because what if it was just too good to be true? I decided I wouldn't know unless I find out for myself. And so my order was placed... The mail man woke me up super early today, but when I saw the package was shaped like a shoebox I was a happy camper :)

Unlike the box it came in, the quality of these shoes definitely exceeded my expectations. They look nothing like I initially thought £5 shoes would look like. Let's hope when I get more use out of them, they remain in tact as well. But as for HiddenFashion.com, I'm definitely keeping my eyes out for more pairs to add to my shoe collection.

Event: RIVER ISLAND Amsterdam Re-Launch Party ❤

Heey lovies,

Yesterday on my last free Friday before college starts again, I decided to wake up early and travel to Amsterdam for the RIVER ISLAND exclusive re-launch party. For the first 100 people in line at 10:00, RI gave out special surprise vouchers worth up to €200! So ofcourse, I wanted to be within the first 100 in line, because there is just nothing better than free shopping money. But I was so surprised when I arrived at the store, because there were no less than 10 people in front of me lol. Secretly I was hoping for a €50 or up- gift voucher, because I really wanted to get the white €70 Jeffrey Campbell Scully look-a-likes! But since my voucher was worth €20, I had to settle for something less. But even so, I was still very content! See my purchase at the bottom!

The actual party didn't start until 16:00 that afternoon, and I was totally planning on sticking around for the hours remaining because I really wanted to meet Negin Mirsalehi who was hosting. But I wasn't feeling so well, so I decided it was better to just go back home. But not before, I snapped a few in-store shots.

I'm so exited to show you my new babies that I just got in the mail today! I have been crushing on these shoes foh-ever and I finally own a pair... and in pink I must add! They were on sale at my1stwish, which is FYI now Public Desire and I knew it was a moment of do or die (cry later).

Hello lovelies! Technically it's still summer, but looking outside my window I could swear fall has arrived early this year in the Netherlands. No bueno! But what I am excited for this new season are the many shoes collection that are (coming) out right now. I love me some happy feet, so you know I gotta have my wishlist ready!

New In: Nelly High Heels Event Shoes + Dress ❤

Heey loves! Remember the Nelly High Heels event I attended last month? I finally received my beautiful shoes and I couldn't wait to show you! ^__^ The night of the event I also received a goodiebag with a gorgeous blue dress inside! So of course I wanted to show you that as well.

I ended up getting my second choice, which at first was a little disappointing. My first choice were these black gladiator high heels, which I was so stoked about at the event. I even thought of possible outfits and everything! But after getting over that (such first world problems right?), I realized that these brown babies were my second choice for a reason. They are very cool. I love that they are a neutral brown color, so I'll be able to wear them with just anything this spring/summer. And I appreciate all the straps and buckles, because it gives the shoe a Gladiator feel to it which I am obviously obsessing about.
