Spring 2016 Fashion Wishlist ❤

Winter season is officially dunzo, but of course the Dutch weather is being stubborn. Still hoping the temperatures go up soon enough, so I can box up all of my winter clothing until the end of the year. With every new season, I love adding new pieces to my wardrobe that I think will match perfectly with the weather and current style trends. My favorites for this spring so far are bomber jackets and just about anything suede. Definitely two reoccurring trends in this year's spring wishlist. The Perfect Christmas Gifts for Bloggers ❤

First off, I cannot wrap my head around the fact that it's officially December. This year went by crazy fast! But now back to the actual post. I love identifying myself as a blogger and I'd like to think that as such, I'm part of a special community. That's why I came up with the idea to create a gift guide blog post especially for bloggers!

It's no secret that the difference between maintaining a good and a crappy blog is mostly the content! A great way for me to stay on track is by writing down all of my ideas and scheduling my posts over a period of time. That way I can work ahead and stay organized. And having a planner makes it that much easier. The Bloggers Planner offers a variety of customizable planners and I'm completely obsessed! All of their planners have different purposes that just make planning out your projects and upcoming posts so much more fun! Especially because you get to decide your own title cover! I'm definitely considering ordering my very own "Confessions of this Shopaholic" planner!

My SS/15 Essentials ❤

Hello lovelies,

 It's been spring for a little while now and probably like every other blogger, I still feel like there a few fashion pieces missing from this season's wardrobe. So I thought it would be fun to make a list and show you all my (missing) essentials for this year's spring and summer. 

On top of my list is a pink Fujifilm Instax Mini 8 camera. These pretty polaroid cameras have become such a hype. And I finally think I'm ready to splurge my money on one as well.

I used to hate flatforms shoes with a passion, but somehow they made my list anyways. I think being petite, I now definitely see their practicality of being comfortable but still having a little bit of heel for everyday all-day wear.

Lately I have been leaning more towards backpacks instead of purses and crossbody's. They not only look very boho chic, put also carry a lot more.

On every online shop I've browsed on for the past couple of days, I've been checking out their floppy hat selection. They're perfect for those bad hair days, those "mannn the sun is shining hard" days, those "my outfit is kinda blah" days, don't you think?

Besides grey being my official spring color, I also can't get enough of striped clothing. I had on a striped asymmetrical dress on Easter last week and I got so many lovely compliments. 

Last on my list, but not least.. flash tattoos! I know they've been in since last summer but I'm still very much obsessed with them.

Dress to Impress for your Internship Interview ❤

Heey lovelies,

For the last couple of months I have been so determined to find a great place to intern abroad, but unfortunately I haven't been so lucky yet :( But it has got me thinking about the moment I'd have to come in for an interview and decide on what to wear. I'd want to look stylish and well put together, but also want to keep it comfortable and effortless. I thought since I have to start my internship next January, a lot of you would have to as well. So I'm hoping my outfit picks can help you out a lil.

I think midi skirts are the most appropriate type of skirts for any internship position. Mini skirts just easily give off that "party girl vibe" and maxis might just be too uncomfortable to move in all day or that split can be too revealing. Personally I don't like wearing flats to a formal meeting, because I really need that extra height. So I would opt for a pair of shoes that have a reasonable heel/platform height.

Wearing trouser pants to an interview is always a safe bet, but make sure you let your personality shine through with a lovely statement necklace, a little pop of color and/or a fun print. Pants certainly don't have to be "boring", even if the position you're applying for is all about professionalism.

Summer Outfits: River Island "Full Time Fashion Blogger" Sweatshirt ❤

Hello lovelies! If you're a fashion blogger too, you've probably already seen the very cool new "FULL TIME FASHION BLOGGER" sweatshirt from River Island! I totally loved it the moment I saw it, and obviously wish I can at one point become a full time fashion blogger. But because it is a sweatshirt and it's summer, I thought of ways to be able to wear it in more hot-summer-days-appropriate looks. Hope you like what I've come up with! :) 

The first outfit is very laid-back but still shows off bits of some personal style. This is something I would totally wear strolling down the boulevard at Scheveningen. Or even a fun picnic day at the park.

The second outfit is more of casual yet girly outfit that'll look super cute on a fun road trip day with your closest girl friends. Or a shopping date with your mom perhaps?

This third outfit must be one of my favorites. It's so feminine and shows you're not afraid of wearing multiple pastel colors together. I would wear this outfit to a lovely dinner party or a runway show during Fashion Week? Let them know you're about that blogging life haha!

Summer Fashion Wishlist: SHEINSIDE, MISSPAP ❤

Hello lovelies! I'm having a very relaxing summer vacation so far, because I feel like I need to just unwind after that intense last semester. But the weather here has been so sunny and nice lately, that I constantly get an urge to do some more summer fashion (online) shopping. However, since I want to spend majority of my money on fun activities rather than clothing, I thought I'd make a wishlist to just soothe my shopaholic ways a bit. 

I can't get over how gorgeous this white SHEINSIDE floral crochet jumpsuit is. The back of it is just as beautiful. And I thought the HIDDENFASHION print shorts with braces is such a fun piece to play around with this summer. The black tassel crop top and the yellow lace bralet from MISSPAP to me are just cute basics for several amazing summer outfits, as they are so versatile. 

I can definitely see myself flaunting this beautiful multicolor SHEINSIDE print jumpsuit around. And how super gorgeous are these MY1STWISH gladiator cleated sole platform shoes? I'm obviously still loving the holographic trend. I also really like this white MY1STWISH platform gladiator sandals. This summer I'm also gravitating to the monochrome trend more, and these black and white ASOS heeled sandals {on sale right now} are just perfect. The last two items from MISSPAP are a chunky statement necklace and a white pineapple statement skirt. 

I wish I was able to snap my fingers and make all of these 10 items appear in my closet, that I happen to have re-organized just yesterday. Which item(s) would you like to add on to your own wishlist? Let me knooow <3<3

What's Missing in my SS/14 Wardrobe? ❤

Heey lovies! Do you know that saying "I have enough clothes - says no woman ever"? Well, that is basically my reality! I always feel like adding more pieces to my wardrobe to make it complete. But does it ever come to that? You guessed it....NOPE! Even now for spring and summer, I have a few pieces in mind that I would like to add soon. They would totally spice up my wardrobe and bring tons of fresh new outfit possibilities. 

The first piece is OBVIOUSLY going to be some GLADIATOR SANDALS! I don't think I've ever obsessed about anything more than I have about these particular shoes. And the thing is, because I'm so short I don't even know how they'll look. All I know is, I WANT them and I NEED them in my life. The gold chunky and the white elegant ones above are from both Boohoo.com. The black knee-high one, which is soooo perfect is from Heelberry. But my little shopaholic heart is broken, because it is all sold out now </3

You can't really feel the Spring and Summer vibe without having any TROPICAL PRINTS hanging in your closet right? Well not really, but let's just pretend that's true! I'm loving all three of these pieces, but the palm print top from RiverIsland is definitely my favorite! The black pleated shorts are from Forever21 and the cute ombre skater skirt is from Boohoo.com. 

My Entire Shoe Collection (HEELS Only) ❤

On facebook I asked if you wanted to see my entire shoe collection and your wish is my command. But because I have waaay more heels than any other type of shoes, I decided to just show my heels.. for now. In the past couple of months I have donated a lotttt of pairs of shoes that I knew I wasn't going to wear anymore, and I've also thrown away a few because they were torn beyond repair. So, these are the ones I was left with it.. I personally don't think I have a lot of heels.. at all! :P

Sequin is SO BIG this season! It's one trend that definitely can't miss in your closet. They are so eye-catching, that you don't need be stressing about the rest of your outfit to pop out.
