Last weekend I got to go to the Zalando Blogger Awards for the first time. And because of that, I didn't really know what to expect. But it was pretty fun and I even got to tag along with a few fellow bloggers. See more of the events through the pictures below.

My 25th Birthday Celebration: Pink Limousine Ride ❤

Hello lovelies,

As I am replying to all congratulating messages on Facebook, I can't help but reminisce about how much fun I had on my birthday yesterday. It was my 25th birthday, so I wanted to do something really special and memorable. And what better way than to enjoy a limo ride with your closest girlfriends? A bright pink limo at that! We really felt like VIP's as the fully uniformed chauffeur laid out a red carpet at the entrance, had a bottle of delicious champagne waiting for us inside, while we toured across the Hague city and beach area. But not before, we had an entire girls' photoshoot with our pink ride for the night! See some fun snaps below.

How to wear: Wide Leg Trousers ❤

I definitely believe one of the biggest summer trends this year are the wide leg trousers. Usually I stay away from every fashion trend that's anti-short girl. But if styled correctly, even these trousers can be rocked by us petite fashionistas. So, which of these nine looks do you like best?

SOLID COLORS 

Solid colored trousers are so easy to style, as they are super versatile and can be dressed up or down. Wearing solid colors is also ideal if you are still into colorblocking, like I am!

STRIPED

Striped trousers are a short girl's best friend. They are the key item to fake a taller appearance, especially in photos. Do stay away from horizontal stripes though! 

 PRINT

When wearing a print item, I love keeping the rest of my outfit a bit more simplistic but still use colorful accents here and there. 

Wide leg trousers are seriously a big thing in every store now, so there's no way you'll have trouble finding a pair you like. I have two now, but I can't wait to score a few more. What's your take on this trend?

Hello lovelies,

Looong time no see! Right now I'm back home in Curaçao for a couple of months to complete my internship before graduating. So right now I have a pretty busy life, being a full-time working lady and all. That's why I try to do as much fun stuff in the weekend as possible. Yesterday my friend and I went to see The Boy Next Door and it was sooo good! You guys definitely have to go see it! Here's what I decided to wear.

Outfit: First KingsNight at Club Vie ❤

Heey lovies! Can't believe my last blog post was over a week ago. School has been drowning my social and bloggerslife lately. But I did get to party last Friday night for the very first Dutch Kingsnight. I think it might take me a few more years to get used to saying King instead of Queen haha. Me and a couple of friends from school went to Club Vie, mainly because August Alsina was making an appearance! ❤___❤ The club was PACKED, you literally could not stand in one spot without getting pushed to the side. But the music was so good, so by the end of the night I literally had to declare my feet as being dead...

Whenever I go out, it's always such a hassle for me to decide what to wear. I didn't want to look all patriotic and wear the flag colors or orange. So in the end, I decided to pair my new black bralet top from H&M with a neon pink peplum skirt from Bershka. Had this skirt for precisely one year and this was the first time wearing it. For the shoes, I went with the simplest pair of black H&M wedges. I wanted to look cute, but I also wanted to be able to dance comfortably for at least 3 hours ya feel me?

Very creative post title, if I may say so myself hahah.

Almost two weeks ago I went to one of Holland's biggest theme park (Efteling) with my family and we had so much fun! Since the weather was supposed to be sunny all day, I decided to wear my Boohoo tiger bodysuit and some simple black shorts.

Outfit: Holy Pastel ❤

Yesterday was my little cousin's First Holy Communion and I wanted to dress up a little for his celebration. It was so nice out, so I decided to go for the girly pastel look. The pictures aren't really of high quality, since I took them with my iPhone, but oh well...

My pastel purple dress is from H&M as you might have guessed from one of my previous blogposts. The pink blazer and the necklace are also from H&M from a while back and the bronze heels are one of my newest shoes from Nelly.com.

Life: Beyoncé's "The Mrs. Carter Show" ❤

Last sunday I was lucky enough to experience Beyoncé's "The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour" concert! I got home voiceless and in awe (I still am)!!!!! It was soooo amazing. Beyoncé is one of the best performer, if not THE BEST, out there. And that night she proved why she's QUEEN BEY!!!

Outfit: a Walk in the Park ❤

So Friday I told you me and Omaily were going outfit shooting for the first time. We both traveled to Utrecht to this beautiful park called: Whilhelmina Park. It was sooo much fun! We are definitely planning on doing it again very soon!
