Summer Festival 2015 Fashion Inspiration ❤

July is right around the corner and that means festivals, festivals and more festivals. Even though the only music festival I'm going to this summer is at the beginning of August, I'm already stressing about what I'm gonna wear. Because we all know, festivals are not just about the music anymore: they're like an open air runway show! Hi there lovelies! You know you're a true shopaholic when you stop cleaning your room, get on your computer and immediately go to forever21.com, because you just got an "EXTRA 30% off SALE" subscription mail ^_^ That's what happened to me a couple of days ago. I'm sure you can relate.. No? Maybe? In my defense, I have to be quick when it comes to F21, because usually their sale items don't even carry my size(s) anymore. So EXTRA SALE means EXTRA RISK. Thankfully I did manage to get a few items, that I'm totally excited about.

The first item are these very cute ivory cotton shorts with little cutouts and embroidered detailing {direct link}. I've been wanting white shorts for a while now, so I am so happy with this purchase. And with the extra discount I paid less than €10 for it.

What 2 Wear: Curaçao Carnival 2014 ❤

This post is especially for all the fashionable females in Curaçao who are getting ready to enjoy the annual Carnival parades. The Carnival season is all about having fun, looking playful and showing off your personal colorful fashion sense. And with all of that in mind, I've created 8 different looks [shorts & skirts] that hopefully brings you to some stylish outfit ideas of your own. So let's get you inspired!

✿ Bralet x Midi ✿

Look sexy without exposing too much, by wearing a midi tube skirt and a bralet. Make the outfit pop with contrasting color shoes. 

✿ Monochrome x Color Block ✿

Rock the monochrome trend with a matching top & sunglasses and make it festive with color blocking shorts and textured heels. 

✿ White x Holographic ✿

Who knew white can make you stand out? Wearing white on white definitely will! And to make your outfit a little bit more interesting add a holographic backpack and colored-lens sunglasses. 

✿ Polka Dots x Leather ✿

Show off your toned legs with some black leather shorts and sexy peep toe booties. And add a polka dotted satchel for a more playful look.

✿ Print x Clash ✿

Wearing matching separates is still a big ongoing trend. But for Carnival, change it up with completely different prints and voilà! Make sure the prints do actually work go together. Keep your accessories in the same color scheme for a more polished look.

Stay true to your girly personality by wearing a floral skirt and matching colored chunky boots. Girly-fy your outfit even more with a cute bow headband and an eye-catching clutch. Wear a simple top to keep the focus on the right items.

Another girly outfit! Look cute and bring out your inner ballet girl with a tutu skirt. Wear lace up shoes for a comfortable feel and give your outfit a feminine finishing touch with a floral crown. 

✿ Gladiator x Color Block ✿

I am still dying to find the perfect gladiator sandals! But if you happen to find them, pair these cuties up with a high waisted denim short. Color block your outfit by wearing a crochet crop top and a bright colored crossbody bag.

Outfit: Hear me Raawr in this Theme Park ❤

Very creative post title, if I may say so myself hahah.

Almost two weeks ago I went to one of Holland's biggest theme park (Efteling) with my family and we had so much fun! Since the weather was supposed to be sunny all day, I decided to wear my Boohoo tiger bodysuit and some simple black shorts.

New In: Pink, Black & Leopard ❤

A couple of weeks ago I found these GORGEOUS pair of pink heels on tumblr and I couldn't get them out of my mind ever since! Because I want to rock these on my summer vacation, I went on a speed hunt. To me they're as essential as a little black dress!!!

Luckily I quickly found a similar shoe from Missguided.co.uk :D I'm sooooo happy!

What I'm Wearing This Summer #01❤

Since I am TOTALLY disappointed in this Dutch Spring weather lately -well it couldn't have been a complete surprise right?- there's not much to do than think about upcoming summer! I'm longing for slippers, bikini's, shorts and everything short. Is it totally crazy to start thinking about what I want to wear? I think not. 

These days I'm totally crazy about black & white (vertical) stripes! Aztec print, color blocking, pastel... I adoreeeee. And I'm forever loving the leopard trend!
