Fall season is officially here and each year I always try to 'up' my outerwear game. This time around I'm really into coats in timeless colors like white, black and salt & pepper. And I think I found the perfect selection of outerwear to match my current sense of style.

Quest for the Perfect Birthday Dress ❤

Hello lovelies,

Mid-August is when you start to realize that the summer days have flown by so so fast. Which also means that my birthday is just weeks away. That's just enough time for me the find the perfect birthday dress! And so the quest begins... I have been browsing around for some potential birthday dresses, but I can't seem to make up my mind just yet. Maybe you can help? I think white dresses are timeless and definitely suit the celebration I'm planning on having. But black dresses are a classic and I had to throw a couple of rose pink potential dresses in there too.

Outfit: ALL BLACK EVERYTHING ❤

Hello lovelies,

Looong time no see! Right now I'm back home in Curaçao for a couple of months to complete my internship before graduating. So right now I have a pretty busy life, being a full-time working lady and all. That's why I try to do as much fun stuff in the weekend as possible. Yesterday my friend and I went to see The Boy Next Door and it was sooo good! You guys definitely have to go see it! Here's what I decided to wear.

Stylish & Affordable Festive Fashion Picks ❤

Heey lovies!

We've now reached the last and most festive month of the year, which means it's probably our most expensive month as well. With so many holidays and celebrations coming up, we tend to spend way more on our outfits than we would want too. But looking like a million bucks certainly doesn't have to cost half that much! Which is why today I'm showing you some of my personal festive fashion picks that are budget-proof for any wallet! 

Red and gold are my favorite colors for the Holiday seasons and it just so happens that these two colors are literally everywhere. Get the look: glitter clutch | co-ord top | co-ord skirt | flare dress | platform stilettos | beaded necklace 

Another festive color duo is definitely blue and white/silver. Get the look: glitter bodycon dress | mini dress | sequin playsuit | satin cuff sandal | crop top | chain necklace

Needless to say, the black/golden combination is totally necessary. Get the look: bodycon dress | co-ord top | co-ord skirt | sequin crop top | knitted skirt | glitter sandal | box clutch (similar)

What do you think of my picks? I love how all of them look so fancy, but still got an affordable price tag. I definitely can't choose a favorite, but maybe you can? I would love to hear it.

New In: Primark Over the Knee / Thigh High Boots ❤

Heey lovelies,

Yes, another new-shoes-in post! :) After failing to find black over-the-knee boots of my size at the new Primark in Rotterdam Zuidplein last Thursday, I decided to try my luck at the one in Zoetermeer the next day. And there they were, these perfect size 3 black gems just hanging there waiting for me to grab them. At first I wasn't too sure if I should even get them, because I am very petite (read: 4'11") and I didn't want the boots to wear me instead of the other way around. But Dulce Candy does it, so I know I and you if you're petite, can do it too! ♡♡♡♡♡♡

From the quality of my iphone 4s you can tell that it doesn't do these boots justice, but they are pretty amazing. Especially with a price tag of just €24! I can't promise you that they are still available (in your size) at your nearest Primark, but it's definitely worth a visit.

What are your thoughts on knee high/OTK boots for the fall and winter?

New In: HiddenFashion.com Chunky Cleated Sole Heels ❤

Heey lovelies,

My love for cleated sole heels hasn't died down yet and these new white babies of mine are proof. I had my eyes on the River Island white platforms and Missguided black platforms for forever now, but they were always way too expensive for my taste. Let alone the JC Scully's! So you can imagine my excitement when I saw these white/black chunky heels for JUST 5 POUNDS on HiddenFashion.com. To be honest, I really had my doubts, because what if it was just too good to be true? I decided I wouldn't know unless I find out for myself. And so my order was placed... The mail man woke me up super early today, but when I saw the package was shaped like a shoebox I was a happy camper :)

Unlike the box it came in, the quality of these shoes definitely exceeded my expectations. They look nothing like I initially thought £5 shoes would look like. Let's hope when I get more use out of them, they remain in tact as well. But as for HiddenFashion.com, I'm definitely keeping my eyes out for more pairs to add to my shoe collection.

Would you ever risk buying shoes soooo cheap online?

For a lot of people October isn't just about grey weather and orange leaves, it's also about Halloween. Now I for one have never really celebrated Halloween before, but this year I might be going to a party or two. And here comes the dilemma: what costume do I want and how much am I willing to spend? I refuse to get an expensive costume, since I'll probably only wear it once. So I've come up with a few costume ideas that are affordable and wearable on several occasions. Happy Saturday lovelies! I was browsing on Boohoo.com just now and saw that they were having an up-to-60% sale! Being the bargain hunter that I am, I just had to look through all of the deals and found these two amazing skirts that I've been eyeing on for a while now!

In previous posts I expressed my love for the PVC trend and these skirts fit right in there. Out of the 4 available colors, I got the Stone and Black one. Before I would have to pay €60 for both, but now I just paid €16 because they were €8 each!!!! Coming to think of it, I had to buy the Pink and Lilac one as well, because this deal is just too amazing to pass up! Love these skirts? They're still available in all sizes! New In: NELLY.com €6,95 Shoe Sale ❤

Heey lovies! So last Tuesday Nelly.com started a new campaign where selected shoes were on sale for JUST €6,95!! I remember being in class and going crazy when I first read about it. But lucky for me that class was almost over, so I hurried home (got there in literally 5 minutes!) to fill up my cart. Unfortunately I was only able to get two pairs that I wanted in a size 6, because obviously when Nelly.com is having a €6,95 shoe sale I am not the only female going koekoe crazy!! But I did end up with these two new beauties.

My Entire Shoe Collection (HEELS Only) ❤

On facebook I asked if you wanted to see my entire shoe collection and your wish is my command. But because I have waaay more heels than any other type of shoes, I decided to just show my heels.. for now. In the past couple of months I have donated a lotttt of pairs of shoes that I knew I wasn't going to wear anymore, and I've also thrown away a few because they were torn beyond repair. So, these are the ones I was left with it.. I personally don't think I have a lot of heels.. at all! :P

Missguided Black Leather For Ever ❤

(Faux) Leather is absolutely BIG this season and I definitely want to find me some Pleather and PVC goodies already to add to my winter wardrobe. On Missguided I found some definite favorites.

Burgundy Leather Contrast Jacket -  Black Leather Dungarees

 This edgy faux leather jacket is perfect for the cold(er) days coming up. The color contrast makes it a little bit more interesting, rather than it being all black. I would definitely wear this designer-inspired jacket with some black super skinny jeans and cool black buckle boots. And the leather dungarees can totally be winterproof with a simple cropped sweater, opaque tights and wedge heeled booties.

Black Zip Detail Leather Mini Skirt

I caught myself fonding more and more over asymmetrical skirts this season! Especially this black leather one with zipper detailing in the front. I actually love the white/black contrast outfit the model is wearing above, except the shoes. So I would add some other fabulous platform sandals for a party look. Or ankle fringe boots for a more casual look.  

Black Faux Leather Asymmetric Midi Skirt - Black PVC Full Midi Skirt

Another black leather asymmetrical skirt! Told you I love them.. I would pair this skirt with a cute tucked in sweater, ankle socks and edgy cut-out boots. On the right is a type of skirt I never thought I would like. First of all, the PVC material is just something that I've never worn before. And secondly, I'm not sure if the midi length really works for my short length. BUT FOR SOME REASON I LOVE IT. But to be honest, I'm not even sure how I would style this skirt yet haha.

Black Buckle Boots from SheLikes ❤

For this time of the year I always want to make sure I have some nice winter-proof boots, to keep my feet nice and warm. Now I have seen some really cool boots lately, especially the buckle boots. I'm not sure how warm they can keep my feet, but they are DEFINITELY A STATEMENT. Recently I have found some very cool ones from online shop SheLikes.
