Ugly Christmas Sweater Party 2015 ❤

Every Christmas season I dream of having an Ugly Christmas Sweater Party sleepover or something, but it just never happens. I just think it's the perfect way to get all of your friends together and get into the Christmas spirit, while looking hideously cute! Even though this sweater party is most likely not going to happen for me this year either, I'm pretty sure I'll still rock a festive outfit on Christmas morning. So I'd thought I'd show you some 'ugly' picks for your very own festivities this month.

28 Party Dresses ❤

Only 4 weeks left for the end of the year! That means: a lot of parties, a lot of dressing up and a lot of glam! Just in case you have problems finding the perfect party dress, I'm here to help! Since there are only 28 days left, I'm showing you my 28 favorite dresses from different online shops. Remember to tell me which ones are your favorite.
Sequin is SO BIG this season! It's one trend that definitely can't miss in your closet. They are so eye-catching, that you don't need be stressing about the rest of your outfit to pop out.
ASOS - River Island - H&M - Missguided - Nelly.com (the two black dresses are the same. I wanted you to see the dress upfront & worn)

Cut-out dresses can be very sexy, but still have that classy touch. I like that! There are all types of cut-out dresses. Perfect.. now you can choose what part of your body you want to emphasize. Is it your stomach, the sides of your stomach, maybe your back?

Sequin Trend: Party Outfits ❤

If you're following the fashion sites and other blogs, you have probably noticed that Sequin is a big trend this season. It's sparkly, it's glamorous, it's just perfect for a party outfit!
On polyvore I have created a few outfits with a Sequin item. I would never wear a complete outfit that's full of Sequin, because I'll look like someone puked glitter all over me.

I made three outfits, with the items: Sequin Jacket, Sequin Mini Dress, and a Sequin Top.

As the color Gold, Black and Beige are big this season (and every other season for that matter) I wanted to give it a touch of color (royal Blue) to liven up this outfit. I choose this type of LBD, because of the one-shoulder strapless design. This outfit can be worn with or without the Sequin jacket. I just think the jacket gives it a touch of glamour. For makeup I went with a red Wine colored lipstick, and nude to brown eye makeup.

This outfit is really colourful and would turn heads in every room you enter. I love how the mini-dress gives you an instant party-dress vibe. To draw attention away from how short the dress actually is, I added a turquoise colored stocking, and some orange fabulous shoes! Colorblocking it is. At first I wanted to get some pink shoes, but decided it would be a much better colour for the lips. Eventhough the dress already has a lot going on, I still added a statement necklace, because I thought it would look great all together.

The last outfit I made, I mixed Sequin together with leather. And I must say I like the outcome. Especially the two colors nude and silver, together with the dark blue. For some more blue touches, I went with blue nail polish and blue and grey eye makeup. The envelope clutch matches perfectly with this shoe. And for the accessories I went with black and grey. I am in love with this tie-dye necklace!
If you want to minimize Sequin items in your outfit, you can always go for accessories, like these I have shown above. My favorites are the pink Sequin shoe and the golden bow-tie necklace.

What do you think of the Sequin trend? And my outfit creations?
