Event | Glamour Fashion-Vintage Live 2016 ❤

Sundays are usually days I like to do absolutely nothing but lay in my bed and catch up on my favorite series. But today, I traveled to Amsterdam for GlamourNL's Fashion-Vintage Live: the biggest offline fashion market of the year! Shoppers got the opportunity to raid the closets of tons of fashion editors, style icons, stylists, bloggers and Glamour readers. When I arrived around one o'clock, it wasn't as crowded as I expected it to be. But that only meant that it was so much easier to walk around the hundreds of fashion booths and food trucks. Here's a recap of today's event.

Event: MBFWA Tony Cohen ❤

     HELLO LOVELY READERS

The day I got to meet Evelina Barry, was the same day I went to MBFWA Tony Cohen's fashion show. This was one fashion show I really wanted to attend, but I had no tickets and no invitations. Luckily a few days before the show, I was unexpectedly given two tickets by a friend of mine. Lucky me! :D As always, I loved the collection. Full of dark colors, head accessories and edgy pieces! 

Event: Vodafone Firsts Fashion Lab - David Laport ❤

Before anything, I want to give a huge thank you to Vodafone for picking me and my blog to attend one of the Firsts Fashion Lab fashion shows during MBFWA! 

This year Vodafone presented Firsts Fashion Lab, which is a great opportunity for young Dutch fashion designers to showcase their new collection and develop and extent their network. Last Friday me and my friend Omaily attended the 'David Laport' fashion show. "David Laport is a young contemporary fashion label who creates experimental women's wear." 

EVENT: Miele Catwalk 2012 ❤

Last wednesday I got a tweet from NellyNL saying that I won two tickets to Miele Catwalk 2012. And I couldn't be happier. I mean a fashion show, glamorous dress code and seats at the first range? Any one would be trilled about good news like that. As excited as I was, I forgot to bring my camera stupidly enough. By the time I realized, it was far too late to turn back. Luckily for my camera phone I was still able to capture a few moments here and there.

VOGUE FASHION'S NIGHT OUT! ❤

Tomorrow is the BIG night! You knew about FNO held at New York, London and Paris. But tomorrow just for one night, Bijenkorf and the finest shops in the P.C Hooftstraat (Amsterdam) are keeping their doors open a few extra hours so you can get the maximum shopping pleasure. In-store parties, special treats & discounts and limited collections. You can experience all of that tomorrow night! I for sure will be there to enjoy all the perks of being a true fashion lover!

Besides Chanel introducing their new lipstick, getting glammed up by make-up artists at Inglot and tasting exclusive Gucci chocolate candy, there is so much more I'm excited about! Hopefully I'll get to meet a few bloggers as well. If you're a fashion lover you can not miss this event! So wear your fashionable outfit and come out. Ps. don't forget your VOGUE September Issue. Event: Grazia PC Catwalk ❤

Yesterday Grazia Magazine celebrated their 5th annual PC Catwalk in Hooftstraat Amsterdam, where there were more than 150 models strutting the new A/W collections from various designers on a very long runway.  Just like last year I attended this event with my friend and fellow blogger Omaily. We got there a couple hours earlier to reserve the best spots possible! I would say we pretty much succeeded! The collections were quite impressive I would say. I don't know if I would wear some of them myself, but they were definitely very nice to look at. I especially died over some of the shoes that were sponsored by Nelly.com. Go figure.

Club Panama along with 'the Fashion Firstlady' Rejhan Putz have again organized an amazing event on 21th of January: FASHION ADDICTED.

FASHION ADDICTED: A fashion event with the most Fashionable DJ's, great entertainment, VIP packages AND Fashion Shows by both Anna Grigorian & Michel-Angelo Winklaar (who you might know from RTL's "Project Catwalk"!)

But that's not even all! Dutch Fashion Models will also be at this event, and will be looking for new talents (mannequins, models, hostesses) for modelings jobs and both nationally and internationally events! Getting excited yet?
