Here I am again with another BlogforSchool post. I must say, it's a lot harder to come up with topics to blog about for my school assignment, as I thought it would be. But I'm trying my hardest to keep the topics interesting and relatable.
A lot of times bloggers do posts where they show what they carry around in their beauty bag. A lot of times I notice that the products aren't the typical bugdget products that I'm used to buying. It's not that I don't care for brand names, but most of the times I just prefer using budget products. Me being a student, these products are a lot more in my budget range, and sometimes I find them to work even better than their luxurious alternatives. For example, I don't have all that much M.A.C, Nars and Sephora products. As a matter of fact, if you take a look on my make-up counter, you'll see a lot of NYX, Catrice and NYC.
When I do buy the more expensive brands, I feel like I should invest in just a few products, like foundation. Foundation is one of the products that you should really take your time looking for the right one. It's personally one of my favorite things to use daily, as I don't go outside my house without it. So now and then I wouldn't mind 'investing' money in a good and "expensive" foundation brand.
Do you care for brand name makeup products? Or are you more of a 'quality meets quantity' girl? And how much would you say you spend on makeup on a monthly basis?
Xx
I'm not gonna lie but I love expensive brands. I just grew up like that getting expensive things BUT if it's something "cheap" but the quality is good I'm gonna get it.
ReplyDeleteOn the second hand if I know it's something I would not wear that often I'm not gonna spent allot of money on it.
I'm also a student, so if I buy expensive make up products, I wouldn't be able to buy allot of things, so I prefer the ones that are not that expensive but with great quality.
