Grand Opening: Forever21 x Amsterdam ❤

Heey lovies, happy Saturday! I got home from Amsterdam a while ago but I am still very ex-haus-ted! I was going to leave this post for tomorrow morning, but I thought what the heck.. lemme just do it now. So if you want to know all about my personal experience at the GRAND OPENING of FOREVER21 in Amsterdam, you better prepare yourself.. cause it's going to be a picture overload!

I arrived at Rokin somewhat before 9AM, which is a lot later than I had originally planned. Had to wait in line for about an hour while freezing to death. But it was so worth it, because I was one of the first 500 people in line which resulted in me getting a €21 gift card. I'm getting my student loan till the 24th, so I was definitely counting on this extra shopping money LOL. After so much anticipation, I was in awe the moment I stepped through the sliding doors. The store is HUMONGOUS. I knew about the many floors, but this was beyond my imagination! All floors were packed with excited females (because there was no men section), grabbing everything that caught their eye and dropping them in their basket. I tried to go through all the racks, but it was just not happening!

While gliding slowly through all the floors, my basket was getting super heavy so I decided to head down to the fitting rooms. After waiting in line for over an hour, I was finally able to get a fitting room and try on my super filled basket. With a strict budget in mind, I tried on and snapped as many pictures as I could. Especially from the items I couldn't take home with me today but are waiting on my second F21 trip.

After all that fitting was behind me, I decided to just walk to the check-out before I saw any other items I would regret leaving behind. But seeing the check-out line almost made me burst out in tears, because that ish was looong. It was so long, it started to look like a wiggly worm had been formed. I am not exaggerating, by the way. It took me almost two hours from the back of the line to walking out the door. 

This was just a very small fraction of the Wiggly Wurm!

I think I almost spend a total of 6 hours in -my new reason to visit Amsterdam more often- store, but I'm so happy with the stuff I was able to buy today. For my little F21 haul, I'm attempting to film my very first video! But please don't get your hopes up just yet. Whether I decide to film or not, my haul will be up pretty soon.
